Emergency Locksmith FAQs
How fast can you get to me for an emergency lockout?+
In most cases within 20–30 minutes close to Kingston upon Thames, and generally under an hour further out. We'll give you an accurate estimate when you call.
What happens if my lock needs to be forced open?+
We only force or drill a lock as a last resort, and only after non-destructive methods have failed. If that happens, we carry replacement cylinders and locks to secure your door again in the same visit.
Do you charge more for night, weekend or bank holiday call-outs?+
Our standard prices apply Monday to Friday, 7am to 7pm. Between 7pm and midnight a 25% late-evening surcharge applies, and from midnight to 7am a 50% overnight surcharge applies. Saturdays and Sundays carry a 25% surcharge, and England bank holidays carry a 50% surcharge — we'll always confirm the exact price before work starts.
