Are these prices final, or can they change on the day?+
The price we agree with you is the price you pay for the job as described. If, once on site, the job turns out to be different from what was described — for example, an extra lock needs replacing — we'll explain why and agree any change with you before doing further work.
Do you charge a call-out fee on top of the price?+
No. There's no separate call-out fee — the price quoted covers the visit and the work.
Do prices go up at night, on weekends, or on bank holidays?+
Our standard prices apply Monday to Friday, 7am to 7pm. Between 7pm and midnight a 25% late-evening surcharge applies, and from midnight to 7am a 50% overnight surcharge applies. Saturdays and Sundays carry a 25% surcharge, and England bank holidays carry a 50% surcharge. Either way, you'll know the exact price before work starts.

The final price depends on things like the lock or door type, how many locks are involved, and whether parts need to be sourced. The "from" prices below cover the most common version of each job — we'll always confirm your exact price before starting.
